Pay Monthly Web Design — terms for new signups
Updated October 5, 2026. These terms describe the current $64.99/month offer. Existing clients with a separate signed agreement should refer to that agreement unless a change is agreed in writing.

Signup and payment

Submitting the homepage inquiry form does not take payment or begin a paid subscription. GBN reviews your business details and confirms the scope, costs, and next steps before sending a secure payment link. Work begins after payment and receipt of the required content. We prepare a preview for your approval before launch. Monthly billing begins with your first payment and recurs in advance. Submit billing details only through the secure payment checkout, not the inquiry form.

Price and included services

The current plan is $64.99 per month, with the $100 setup fee waived. It includes a five-page website (Home, About, Services, Gallery/Portfolio, and Contact), mobile-friendly design, local SEO foundations, hosting and routine website care, plus one blog post, one Google Business Profile post, and one Facebook post each month. Publishing to business profiles requires the appropriate client access and approval. There is no minimum commitment. Prices are in US dollars.

Domains and additional costs

You own your domain. A new domain is an additional $25 if needed; domain renewals are separate from the monthly plan and will be quoted before renewal. Extra pages, new functionality, paid plugins, premium images or fonts, training, and work outside the agreed scope require a separate written quote and your approval before charges. Client-supplied website text and images are required unless copywriting is included in the written scope. There is no automatic branding-removal, domain-release, or content-delay surcharge under this current offer. Any agreed third-party registrar or migration costs will be disclosed in advance.

Content, timing, and revisions

GBN and the client work together toward completion, with a target of six weeks after scope acceptance and receipt of the required content and access. Delays in client content or approvals can move the launch date. The initial design includes up to three revision rounds within the agreed scope. Minor layout or content changes requested in writing during the first seven days after launch and agreed by GBN are included. Additional redesigns, pages, or functionality are quoted separately. GBN may use subcontractors to complete the work.

Support and realistic expectations

Routine care includes updates to the website components and content management system installed by GBN while the subscription is active. Faults caused by our work will be corrected without an additional charge. Major redesigns, third-party changes, and repairs caused by changes made outside GBN are outside routine care and require a quote. Websites are tested in popular browsers at the time of launch. SEO foundations and regular content support visibility over time; no first-page ranking, traffic, lead volume, or result within 90 days is guaranteed.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing Sales@gbnwebdesigns.com. There is no minimum term or 20-day notice requirement. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and future recurring charges stop. Hosting, routine care, and monthly marketing end when the subscription ends. We do not refund partial current months; prepaid months that have not begun are refundable. Arrange a website buyout and separate hosting before the subscription ends if you want to keep the GBN-built site online.

Website ownership and buyout

Your domain and the content you supply remain yours. During the subscription, GBN retains ownership of the assembled website and licenses its use to you while the service is active. The website buyout starts at $499. Each completed paid month earns a $25 credit toward that amount, capped at $499; after 20 completed paid months the remaining buyout price is $0. On completion of the buyout and any outstanding agreed payments, GBN transfers the finished website and the transferable files needed to run it. Your right to use the transferred website continues after cancellation. Hosting and ongoing marketing are separate after transfer. Third-party software, stock assets, and licenses remain subject to their owners’ license and transfer conditions; GBN’s own trade names and proprietary tools are not transferred. GBN may display the completed work in its portfolio.

Refunds and billing concerns

If, within 30 days of the first payment, you are not satisfied with the initial design after three revisions, email GBN with a short note requesting a refund. There are no refunds after 30 days or for completed work. Work in progress may be canceled, with payment due for work completed at that time. We do not refund partial months of recurring services; prepaid months that have not begun are refundable. Contact GBN promptly about billing errors or disputes so they can be reviewed. An unresolved payment failure or dispute may interrupt service; this does not limit your rights to raise a payment dispute with your payment provider.

Changes, nonpayment, and termination

GBN will give 30 days’ written notice of changes to recurring pricing or these terms, allowing you to cancel before the change takes effect. Service may be suspended for unpaid amounts, and material defaults may result in termination if not corrected within 20 days of written notice. GBN may end service without cause with 30 days’ written notice, or end service for prohibited use. Upon termination, the subscription license ends unless a website buyout has been completed. Your domain, supplied content, and rights to a completed buyout remain yours. No new agreement is required merely because six months have passed.

Account information and notices

Provide accurate business and contact information and notify GBN when it changes. Hosting may be supplied through a third-party provider selected by GBN. Send cancellation requests, change requests, billing questions, and other notices to Sales@gbnwebdesigns.com. GBN will send notices to the email address you provide. The current offer and any written approved scope or change order govern new signups; separate existing client agreements are not replaced automatically.

Legal provisions

GBN does not warrant that the functions contained in these web pages or the Internet website will meet the client’s requirements or that the operation of the web pages will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the web pages and website is with the client. In no event will GBN be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website, even if GBN has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold GBN and its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) of third parties arising from or related to (a) any information, material, content products, or services available on your licensed GBN WEBSITE; (b) your use of the GBN WEBSITE MANAGER SERVICE, the WEB HOSTING SERVICE or the licensed GBN WEBSITE; or (c) any use of your licensed GBN WEBSITE. The obligations in this Section will not be limited in any way by any other provisions of this Agreement, including the limitation of liability section set forth above.

Miscellaneous
For new signups, these terms and the agreed written scope constitute the agreement for the subscription service. They do not automatically supersede a separate existing client agreement. GBN’s failure to enforce any provision of this agreement will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. In the event that a portion of this agreement is held unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect. Interpretation and enforcement of this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America (excluding its choice of law rules). You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in the federal courts in the State of Illinois and the state courts of Cook County, Illinois for any action arising out of or related in any way to this Agreement or relating to your use of the SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE (or any component thereof). Nothing in this agreement will be construed as creating a joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and GBN, and you do not have any authority to create any obligation or make any representation on GBN’s behalf. Other than as specified herein, neither party makes any representations, or assumes or creates any obligations, on behalf of the other. You may not assign this agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without GBN’s written consent. Subject to the foregoing, this agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable against you and GBN and their respective successors and assigns. Other than services provided as a part of the SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE, GBN is not responsible for and shall have no liability with respect to any products and/or services purchased by you from other parties, whether through the GBN Website or otherwise, and the provision of any such other products and/or services shall be subject to your agreement, if any, with the party providing the other products and/or services. The terms of this Section will survive any termination of this agreement.
